Nothing is out of reach!

I know, it’s been awhile, but, life can get in the way of your hobbies. Anyways, I hop you enjoy this read.

At the beginning of the year I had said that 2018 is the year of improvements. For me, this has come true so many times. I have gotten on track with my freelance work, started to get regular payments from my clients, and now am about to embark on a journey so big is excites me. A friend of mine and myself are starting a business together, one that will grow very fast and quite honestly do something that other companies haven’t done yet.

I won’t get into too many details yet, because we don’t have everything ready, but we will be making commercials for social media for small businesses. We will be affordable for them, and offer them a service that will manage their advertising on social media. Taking the guess work away and apply strength to their brand.

While talking with my business partner, I came up with a saying. Nothing is out of reach for us, because I do not set dreams, I set goals. So to turn that into a saying you will remember for your self, remember it this way.

“Set goals, not dreams. Nothing is out of reach when you set a goal.”

For awhile, I think I was setting dreams and getting nowhere. I for the most part forgot where I was and wasn’t using any of my knowledge. Not good. Well, 2018 has brought me out of the crappy thought process I was stuck in, and back into the captains chair. The idea that everything is reachable with a solid achievable goal is powerful. You know you will get there, because its a goal you set and are working towards. Think of it this way. A bird see that tree branch, sets a goal to fly to it, and just does it. If it were a dream, the bird would be like a leave in the wind, ending up where ever the wind blows it. It would miss that tree branch all together. We want tree branches, not a chain linked fence. Or, we want goals, not dreams.

Dreams are nice though, don’t get me wrong. Dreams can help us create achievable goals, so always dream a little, just don’t follow a dream thinking you will reach it with out turning it into a goal first.

Anyways, these were my thoughts for the moment that I thought you would like.

I hope you enjoyed them.

There’s two parts to a better you!

It’s been quite a long time since my last entry, several months actually, but thats all because I have been in the process of reorganizing my thoughts and improving my body. So this gets me to the topic for todays entry. There’s two parts to a better you.

In order to really improve yourself, you have to improve your thoughts and your vessel. Your Mind should come first, as it is what controls everything. It controls what you can and can not do, so what you focus on should be what you can do. (Thing is, most focus on what they can’t) I am guilty as charged for focusing on the can’t lately. For months my thoughts were all negative, and it’s one reason I haven’t posted anything lately. Things started to improve for me in May, when I realized just what I was doing and took action. How did I do this?

I decided it was time to get back into the gym and get healthy and fit again, this alone can help your mind too. I also had my wife go back to doing her Yoga classes, which helps her and me at the same time. The next thing for me was to start visualizing what it was I wanted. I had to see myself with that, and within a couple of weeks, I got it. For me that was a job that I could do at home. In this case, I now edit videos for TechSnips.io and enjoy it, most of the time. The schedule is great because I can create it. I can work any time of day as long as I get a number of videos done. Can’t beat that.

So that part is fixing my mind, but what about my vessel?

Obviously going to the gym helps both my mind and my vessel, but what else might there be? Over the past several months I have been a teeter totter of dieting. I would go on, off, on, off again. I recently started back up again on my low carb high fiber lifestyle. I have to do this and be aggressive for 45 days to set the habit. Once set, it will be a lifestyle that doesn’t require any thought.

My weight has gone up and down but mostly up over the past several months, and I decided since I am improving my mind, the vessel needs improvement too. So, it all plays a roll in improving myself.

Todays entry isn’t really meant for anything other than for me to say I am still here. I would like to post more often now that my mind is back in order, and I may post updates on my journey to improve my vessel.

Thanks for reading if you made it this far.

2018, the year of improvements…

2018, the year of improvements…

Last year life took me on a weird route and it caught me by surprise.  It started out with me losing my job, which my family depended on, and for the most part making me a stay at home dad.  I would bid, and win, on freelance projects throughout the year, helping my wife with our bills.  But, it just wasn’t enough, so life sent us on another detour.  It wasn’t until I got a contract with a company that specializes in teaching the Law of Attraction, that I realized life was just showing me the areas I needed to improve upon. Entering the New Year with a refreshed mind…

Entering the New Year with a refreshed mind…

For 2018, I have set some goals that will have me enter each day with a fresh mind, and open to receive incredible things.  If something negative enters my mind, I will stop what I’m thinking to reorganize my thoughts.

I also have goals that will financially be very rewarding, and once accomplished, will open up new paths to greater things.  New paths are always a great thing.  They bring with them many new lessons that can teach us.  I say, bring on the new.

I would like to wish everyone a happy and safe new year’s eve/day.  I am a day early here but I won’t be posting anything until after New Years Day.

I would like to also say thank you for reading, and that I am grateful that you took the time to read this small posting today.  I am looking forward to posting on here a few times a week starting in January 2018.

Never put off tomorrow what you can accomplish today!

Never put off tomorrow what you can accomplish today!

This is a saying that holds a lot of truth in the way I feel about things, however, I do not always follow it myself.  I am only human after all.  Sometimes things can get in the way of my own thinking, and interfere with the process of positivity.  If you, and myself, never put things off until tomorrow, we would always accomplish our goals.  Maybe said goals take extra time, but at least they would be on their way to completion.   Read more “Never put off tomorrow what you can accomplish today!”

When you expect great things, great things will happen…

Hello everyone, Mark here with another entry.

It’s been 11 days since my challenge from my last entry.  I talked about positive affirmations and mine was “My thoughts are filled with positivity and my life is plentiful with prosperity.”  I can report that so far the past 11 days have been pretty great for me and I hope that things for you have been great as well. If you don’t know the struggle, you don’t know the strength…

Hello all, Mark here with another thought.

I read this quote from a calendar, it doesn’t have an author’s name on it, but, it is perfect for today’s entry.  “If you don’t know the struggle, you don’t know the strength.”

I feel that this is very true because when it comes to learning life lessons, you have to struggle in the beginning to learn, then apply what you have learned to conquer that struggle.  The struggle is the lesson, and the strength is the knowledge you have gained.

If you are going through some struggles right now, just stop for a moment and think about what they are.  View them as lessons that you have to learn and then visualize the path you need to take to learn from the struggles.  I promise you that in the end, everything will work out as it should, as long as you have learned the lesson that you are meant to.

This quote also applies to the teachings of The Law of Attraction, as everything you want, which you think about, comes to you.  The lessons learned to defeat the struggle will be attracted to you if you are thinking in a positive way.

I would like to thank you for reading today’s entry, hopefully, you will start to see your struggles as a lesson that needs to be learned, because once you do, the struggle will be over.

Your attitude can be the most significant factor in your success!

“Your attitude can be the most significant factor in your success!”

Hello everyone, Mark here with another thought.  I came across this quote the other day, not sure who the author of it is, but I thought that the meaning behind it was perfect for the blog.  The definition I feel it stands for is this… Read more “Your attitude can be the most significant factor in your success!”

You MUST be a possibility thinker!

Hello everyone, Mark here with another thought.

Today, most people think about how something they want is unreachable, or too hard to accomplish.  I am here to tell you that that’s the wrong way to think.  You have to always envision the possibilities that it can work out, or that it can happen.  Doing this will attract that end result that you are seeing as a possibility.  Like attracts like, remember that.  The Law of Attraction doesn’t mess around, and it gives you what you ask for.  So if you are thinking, “ohhh, that can never happen, it’s too hard,” then that is exactly what it will give you.  An unreachable outcome, one that you’ll never reach because that is what you are asking for.
